    " Do you want to lose weight? Sure to start your day with a healthy breakfast , with accomplish that your metabolism is fired in the early hours of the day. Eat breakfast like a king , lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper " .


    " Do you want to lose even more? Sure to eat six small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism running at full capacity throughout the day."

    There are even studies that show that people who eat more earlier in the day lose more weight than those who ate later in the day or who do not make a meal. So , eat breakfast to lose weight and obtain optimal health. Case closed ... Could you not ? ?

    Perhaps you are not getting the full story. As skeptics , we must ask : what happens if science research and promote NO BREAKFAST (that blasphemy, horror !) For optimal efficiency , maximum muscle retention and fat loss ?

    After being firmly in the "Team B " for 28 years of my life I have breakfast in the last three months and perhaps never again breakfast. I want to share with you the concept of skip breakfast (and other meals ) and how your health will benefit as a result. This is a subject that is very controversial , since it is all common sense.
